Indian and Italian on one truck
We're a food truck on Hilton Head Island, and we cook Indian and Italian side by side. Roman pizza by the square slice sits next to butter chicken and masala.
The idea
Chicken Tikka is a pizza here. Butter Chicken is a lasagna, and our Carne lasagna is made with tenderloin.
Pita pockets
Butter Chicken, Masala Chicken or Masala Shrimp go into warm pita bread. The shrimp masala pocket is a favorite with our guests.
The truck
You'll find the truck at Beautiful Island Square on Marshland Road, with a few other food trucks for company.
The sweet finish
The gelato goes into our milkshakes as well as the sundaes.
